Just how soon is ‘soon’? Well, this Friday actually. August 28th marks the day that the next edition of Mac OS X is released.

Now that Apple has fallen astray from their two syllable cat naming and giant images of X’s for their products, you can get the OS for as cheap as $10, which is even cheaper than the previously announced $29 upgrade.
