| Apple Officially Declares War Against Jailbreaking |

As much as Apple has tried lately to stop jailbreaking, all of their efforts have failed as skilled hackers have managed to crack the iPhone OS time and time again. However, they’re not giving up, and it appears that they’re trying now more than ever to stop jailbreaking in its tracks. Apple is looking to hire an “iPhone OS Platform Security Manager”, which has the following job description:
It’s not clear whether the position is new or not as the job posting was published on October 16th, but whatever the case, it shows how determined Apple is to put an end to jailbreaking. This report backs the rumor provided to us by a tipster stating that Apple will be taking more anti-jailbreaking measures in the next-generation iPhone and iPhone OS. It’s clear that jailbreakers will need to step up their game if they want to keep the many benefits of jailbreaking around. Source: AppleInsider via Modmyi |
