Have you tried using any other uxtheme patchers in the past? It seems that uxstyle is detecting that your files are not original.

Yeah that's what's doing it. You need to revert those files back to original before you can use uxstyle.

If you still have VistaGlazz installed, go into the application and check the shields by the icons are green and ticked (They should be). Click them and it will prompt you to restore the original files (If you choose the right hand one it will do both at the same time, I recommend this). After the reboot you can uninstall VistaGlazz and install UxStyle. All should work fine and as intended (Did with me).

What to do now?

Unfortunately not, mine are patched.
But iirc VistaGlazz patched the files, so why the need to switch to UXStyle?

Because when those files are updated you'll be left in the cold waiting on that crappy CodeGazer group to update their patches when everyone using UxStyle won't even notice.
