So it installed fine, but I still can't use themes. Upon inspection, I found that the installer placed a service executable on my harddrive, but the service doesn't seem to be registered, or to run.

So, installed fine. Can't use themes.

I'm using Win7 x64 Utlimate btw.

Did you tried following the Tutorial?
What does
net start "Unsigned Themes"

entered in a command line (run as admin) give as result?

He shouldn't have to reboot.

Try uninstalling and re-installing and see if that works, except when you re-install right click and run as administrator.

I have the same problem (almost) with UXStyle Core. I have installed it just fine & even the 'unsignedtheme' service is also running fine in my Windows 7 Ultimate x64. But when I tried to use the 3rd party custom themes, nothing happened!! No changes!Attached Image: Capture1.PNG

Reinstalling a couple more times seems to have done the trick. I don't know if it has anything to do with "Administrator" since I'm running on the "Administrator" account right now (No UAC - shame on me, I know).

Thanks :)
