Pink isn't quite a Zune
Microsoft
Written by Eugene Cheung on Thursday, September 24, 2009

Heard of Microsoft's secretive Project Pink phone? You know, the one they're teaming up with Sharp to make? Well, here's a picture of Turtle and Pure. It's probably real too, since it matches a recent FCC filing. From the looks of the picture, the Turtle is quite similar to the Palm Pre, except it is also a bit rounder and more plastic-y and sticks with a white/black/lime green colour scheme (and a bit thicker, I think) while making the keyboard a bit more space-y.

Next up is Pure, a standard slider phone, though this one seems to have a layer of clear plastic ovelapping the dark gray plastic of the top part. Both phones look like they have cameras and 3.5mm headphone jacks. But are these such great phones? They sure don't seem as great as Apple's iPhone, and the Zune-ness of both of them does seem awfully non-existant, though the software may be similar once finalized. But at least they'll feel nice in your hand.
